- •Drove backend integration for two brand acquisitions into the multi-brand portfolio ($10M brand operational, $50M brand in flight), landing distinct ERP, data, OMS routing, and vendor systems onto a shared backbone while building a repeatable framework for the next acquisition
- •Abstracted marketplace integration patterns (product feed egress, inventory sync, order ingress, pricing logic) into composable services, reducing new channel onboarding from 2-4 weeks to 3 days; onboarded four marketplaces in 2025, unlocking tens of millions in incremental revenue
- •Designed an OAuth 2.0 access and integration layer giving business-user workflows and AI agents safe, governed access to NetSuite, pricing, and merchandising systems
